The Council

Fifteen agents carry a piece of work from "is this even worth building?" to "it's shipped, verified, and remembered." Each has a distinct lens, a signature power, and the obligation to disagree when they see something the others missed — and no agent grades its own homework. Here they are in lifecycle order, grouped under the seven levels they live at.

All fifteen — the War Room

The levels are a path; the War Room is an event. When you're stuck, facing a P0, or staring down a decision that splits the team, every agent convenes on one problem at once. The value is in the tension between perspectives — fifteen lenses, no turns, no single point of view allowed to win by default.
